INVESTMENT PROGRAM

Marketing is represented by quite simple four investment plans, which allow each Client to choose the most interesting offer to get additional income and improve their financial condition. The Company provides the following investment service packages to the Client (Investor or Partner):

• Package "Standard";

• Package "Business";

• Package "Premium";

• Package "V.I.P.".

All packages are intended for individual investment, and are offered in such a way that Clients accustomed to work individually remain satisfied, ensuring a steady increase in passive income.

The volumes of packages, their terms and the amount of remuneration are shown in the following Table 1:

 In the package:

• “STANDARD” client can increase its contribution by 16.50% over a period of 15 working days;

• “BUSINESS” for 25 working days - 30.00%;

• “PREMIUM” for 35 working days at 46.55%;

• "V.I.P." for 60 working days at 102.00%.

The reduction of the amount of the current investment (recapitalization) on any of the investment packages is not allowed. The amount of an investment deposit can be withdrawn to the Client’s balance sheet account only at the end of the investment period.

An investment is considered to be reinvested if the Client has extended its validity period without withdrawing the investment amount to the Balance Account of the Customer’s own funds.

Any investment made from the Client's balance sheet is considered a new (newly created) investment.

In order to create a permanent passive income, the Company offers Investors a program of constant investment growth of the client's income, the so-called “BONUS FOR TRUST” (see Table 2). This program is designed to:

 Ensure the protection of deposits from inflationary processes;

Help Clients who are accustomed to work individually;

 Become Company Clients on a permanent basis;

To ensure the steady growth of income from investment programs.

* - the investment is considered to be reinvested if the Client has extended its validity period without withdrawing the investment amount to the balance sheet.

** - any investment made from the balance account of the Client is considered a new investment.

 

With each new reinvestment (regardless of the investment package), the Client receives an additional daily percentage of individual investment profits, the so-called “Bonus for trust”.

AFFILIATE PROGRAM

For Clients who are accustomed to work as a team and build their business by creating a STRUCTURE, an additional type of earnings is provided in the form of partnership rewards and bonuses.

The Partner Program of the Company is a plan of remuneration accrued to the Partner on its Partner account for attracting new Clients and Partners to use the Company's products and services.

Partner's remuneration is accrued in the form of an Affiliate Commission based on the actual use of products and services by invited Clients and Partners.

The amount of accrued Partner commissions directly to the Partner depends on its status in the career ladder of the Company and the level of development of its structure.

Table 3 below presents the distribution of the amount of Partner commissions at the levels of the Partner’s structure, as a percentage of the funds invested by the respective Clients or Partners.

** - total volume of investments of the Partner’s structure (that is, the sum of all investments in the structure at all levels, for the entire time of its construction).

 

The status-level assigned to the Partner cannot be lowered and does not depend on the number of active investments in the structure. It is determined only by the history of all activities of the Partner. The transition to the next level of the career ladder takes place in accordance with the conditions in Table 3.

In order to move up the career ladder, the Partner must increase both the amount of structural and own investment.

In order to further encourage active Partners, the Company introduced the possibility for the Partner to receive an additional (premium) Partner Commission, in accordance with Table 4 below.

As can be seen from the tables presented above, the amount of Partner Affiliate commissions depends directly on:

 Partner’s own activity;

 Partner’s rank;

 Development of the Partner’s own structure;

 Partner’s work with the first level of his/her structure.

An example of commission calculations.

Example 1

For example, a Partner with the “Intern” rank, with his own effective investment equal to or greater than $20.00 and the volume of investments of a structure greater than or equal to $20/00, receives a partner reward from all levels of the structure, in accordance with Table 3.

When increasing the volume of owns investments and the volume of investments of the structure, the Partner is assigned an appropriate rank, and the partner remuneration is calculated according to the new (newly assigned) rank in accordance with Table 3.

In accordance with Table 4, the Partner additionally receives a premium partnership reward if the amount of investment at the first level of the structure corresponds to Table 4.

As noted earlier, the rank (career level) assigned to the Partner in the project is not subject to decrease.

The total amount of own active investments should not be less than the value indicated in the column of the determining rank of the Partner (see Table 3). In the event that the volume of own active investments has become less than the investment corresponding to the assigned rank, then the partner remuneration continues to accrue, but remains on the “Reserve Account” until the increase of its own investment.

After increasing your own investment (or the amount of all existing investments), funds from the “Reserve Account” are automatically transferred to the “Partner Revenue Account” and become available for use at the Partner’s sole discretion.

Example 2

For example, in the Partner’s structure, in the rank of “Senior Consultant”, reinvestment is made. The volume of investments at the first level of its structure is equal to or greater than $3000.00. In this case, the Partner is awarded a premium partner reward, for the entire amount of reinvestment made in accordance with its rank (see Table 4).

If the volume of investments of the first level of the structure is less than $3000.00, then the rewards are not accrued.

For any reinvestment, no charges on Table 3 are made. For the convenience of the Client, the input and output of funds in the Client’s personal account can be made through payment systems that are Partners of the Company:

• Advanced Cash;

• PayPal (connection of service in the fast future);

• Payeer;

• Perfect Money;

• Bitcoin;

• Ethereum;

• Litecoin.

To exclude carrying out of conversion (exchange) operations, the Client performs an input/output of funds exclusively through the payment systems of the same name.

All new changes and additions to the Marketing Plan that may be published by CRYPTO SOFTWARE INCORPORATED on the project https://cryptoswi.com take effect from the moment they are published.
